Position : French Business Sales Executive

Location : South Dublin, Ireland

Salary : Competitive Salary including uncapped commission

Working Model : Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Are you a dynamic individual with a talent for driving business growth? We’re on the lookout for a driven French speaking Sales Executive for a key client in Dublin. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in enhancing our footprint in the French market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute proactive outreach strategies tailored to current market conditions.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within specific industries and customer segments.
  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Present compelling product value propositions to potential clients.
  • Assess client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities in a dynamic market.
  • Coordinate introductions and meetings between potential clients and the enterprise sales team.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to drive success.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s product range and services.
  • Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales performance.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated experience in sales or customer service roles with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and highly motivated.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to shifting priorities.
  • Authorised to work in Ireland.
