Transport Administrator Lisburn £26,000 - £28,000 + Training + Progression Do you have previous Transport Administration experience and want to develop your career? Working with a busy Transport team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the Transport Office. Your day to day will consist of working closely with Transport Planners, Managers, Drivers and Customers to ensure that all paperwork is completed and recorded across the operation. This opportunity would suit someone with high attention to detail. If you have an interest in Transport / Logistics and come from a proven administrative background and want to benefit from long term career progression, then this is an ideal role for you. The Role : Support the Transport team Creation of PODs Monitoring of driver's collection notes ensuring accuracy Ensuring all contracts for deliveries are signed and received Work with other departments effectively Communicate with customers regarding delivery and collection requirements General transport administrative duties The Person : Must have experience in an administrative role Proficient IT skills Can communicate clearly and organised approach Can provide good customer service with professional telephone manner Previous Transport experience would be advantageous What's in it for you?
