Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, based in North County Dublin has instructed us to search for a Supplier Administrator. This is an 11 month contract role. For more information call Emma Skelton on Salary : to €42k DOE per annum Benefits : Flexible Working, Bonus, Pension up to 10%, Gym and Sports and Social, Family Healthcare Plan, Generous Holidays Total Package : (Up to €60k per annum) Duties Your tasks and responsibilities : Ensure compliance from the supplier base in meeting all logistics requirements, including : -Use of barcoded outer casings -Submission of supply chain SKU data files -Adherence to Goods Inwards documentation standards. Collaborate with the team and 3rd party logistics partner to audit supplier performance against these requirements. Support suppliers in meeting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) implementation deadlines and ensure full adherence. Record and track all non-conforming materials, receipts, and associated costs, including remediation across Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and the wider Supply Chain. Where compliance gaps occur, capture all costs incurred. Manage the creation and implementation of formal claim letters to support supplier engagement and reimbursement. Pursue the application of financial penalties for logistics and quality non-compliance, supported by robust, documented evidence. Maintain a claims register and work with Finance to ensure penalties are correctly applied and recovered. Liaise with Procurement and Finance to ensure all supplier charges are passed back appropriately, maintaining an accurate register of payments received and rights of offset. Oversee formal claim letters, supplier engagement, and escalation processes where required. Your qualifications and experience : Bachelors degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8). Minimum of 2 years professional experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Your attributes and skills : You are a team player, capable of building strong and influential relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. You have good administrative skills working in SAP, Sharepoint and other Applications. You are a problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. You are self-directing, goal orientated and able to prioritize you workload.
