About the Firm Our client is a progressive business advisory and accountancy practice based in Roscommon Town, supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors. The firm combines traditional accounting expertise with a forward-thinking approach, currently investing in new tools and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency and client service. They are seeking a Qualified Accountant (or Qualified by Experience) who can work independently, manage their own client portfolio, and contribute to the firms continued growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, delivering a high standard of accounting, compliance, and advisory services. Prepare and review annual accounts, management accounts, and tax returns. Build strong client relationships across a wide and varied client base. Ensure timely completion of assignments in line with quality and compliance standards. Contribute to the firms ongoing process improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Support ad hoc business advisory projects as required. About You Qualified accountant (ACCA / CPA / ACA) or qualified by experience. Proven experience in a small to medium-sized accountancy practice in Ireland. Proficient in Xero and comfortable with modern cloud-based accounting tools. Tech-savvy and naturally curious someone whos always looking for better, more efficient ways to work. Strong analytical, communication, and client relationship management skills.
