Senior Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced  Senior Project Manager  with a strong background in  heavy civil engineering , specializing in  drainage systems, stormwater management, and water infrastructure projects . This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex infrastructure projects from conception through completion, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects, with a focus on drainage and water systems.

• Oversee project lifecycle including feasibility studies, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, procurement, and construction.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project risks, quality assurance, and change control processes.
• Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
