Level 3 Support Technician Location : Dublin Type : Full-time, Permanent My client is looking for a skilled and motivated Level 3 IT Technician to join a growing MSP team.
This is a project-focused role, working closely with clients to deliver complex IT solutions across Microsoft Azure, Intune, and networking.
You'll collaborate with project managers and internal teams to scope, design, implement, and support cutting-edge infrastructure.
Responsibilities Lead and deliver Azure migrations, hybrid cloud setups, DR solutions, and infrastructure deployments Design and implement Microsoft Intune environments (compliance, app deployment, endpoint security) Deliver network infrastructure projects including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and Wi-Fi solutions Act as a senior escalation point during project delivery and mentor junior technicians Participate in pre-sales scoping and provide technical input into solution design Create technical documentation and provide smooth client handovers Requirements Proven experience delivering Azure projects (VMs, networking, identity, storage) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager Solid networking skills (TCP / IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs) Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently MSP background is highly desirable Certifications : Microsoft Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect, Modern Desktop Administrator, CCNA, or Network+ Familiarity with ISO / IT security best practices Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
