Currently we are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team in Dublin 12.

What you will do

As a Production Supervisor you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our production lines. You will work closely with our production supervisors to ensure efficient production, quality control, and adherence to our safety regulations.

How you will do it

Supervises, assigns, and coordinates the work activities with line leads

Delivers morning toolbox talks, safety updates, etc

Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations, work policies, etc.

Ensuring company policies and procedures are always adhered to by staff on site

Ensure all H&S regulations are always adhered to.

Work with team to achieve deadlines.

Ensure product is produced to a high standard.

Engage with, coordinate training and review performance of new employees.Monitor performance of team to ensure high level of productivity.

Skill in both verbal and written communication.
