Are you a Dublin based PMO Lead or Specialist with over 5 years of experience looking for their next daily rate contract role?

The role of the PMO Specialist is to provide specialist expertise for PMO / programme / project managers.

They'll be known as experts and will play a proactive role in supporting PMO / Programme & Project managers to apply programme and project management methods and implement best practice processes.

This will include application of practical management controls that support improved project / organizational performance

Development and maintenance of a Project Management toolkit
Quality Assurance
Stage Gate support and sign off
FSOC (Forward schedule of Change)
Capability and Capacity management (flex up,down)
Learning and Development programmes
Communities of Practise
Induction support
Integrated Planning
Support adoption and delivery of corporate governance expectations
Share information, good practice and expertise with others

Qualifications

Degree level in relevant subject (IT, Business Studies etc)

Prince2 / PMI / and Project management diploma

Minimum of 5 years experience in an equivalent role

Excellent understanding of the application of the project lifecycle.

Outstanding written and verbal skills

Proven success in a similar role

Good knowledge and experience of industry standard best practice Portfolio and Programme Management

Proficient user of the MS Office suite, MS Visio and MS Project

Good exposure in the application and support of PPM tool

Behavioural

Good critical thinking and problem solving skills

Solid communication and interpersonal skills
