The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Project Director to join our Data Centre Division.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction, through delivery, to final handover.

You will take ownership of key projects valued in the hundreds of millions, ensuring world-class standards in safety, quality, cost control, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of project delivery : Preconstruction, Construction & Handover

Oversee large, multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations

Ensure adherence to programme timelines, budget targets and client expectations

Collaborate closely with commercial, planning, and design teams

Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance, and quality assurance

Manage key client relationships and represent the company at senior level meetings
