Our newly renovated kitchen is headed up by our Michelin trained, Head Chef, Francois Grelet who boasts strong customer reviews and high recognition in the industry. Our menu boasts of many Irish and French classics, seasonally adjusted with daily specials representing the very best of fresh and local produce. This is an exciting opportunity and your responsibilities will include preparing and creating dishes at a high level, offering a high level of customer satisfaction The successful candidate must have the following : Qualified to a professional level. Excellent Knowledge of HACCP.
