Senior Business Analyst - Life & Pensions Location : Dublin City Centre (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite Weekly) Industry : Insurance & Pensions Type : Contract Rate : €550-600 per day About the role Leading European Insurance and Pensions provider at the forefront of innovation and customer-centric solutions requires Senior Business Analyst with experience in the Life and Pensions sector in Ireland, the UK, or the wider EU to play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives and delivering impactful change.

While this role is initially offered on 6-12-month contract basis, there is a strong probability of the role being extended beyond this timeframe and permanent opportunities may arise at the conclusion of the current project.

Responsibilities of Role : As a Senior Business Analyst, you will :

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Lead workshops and interviews to elicit business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop business cases, process maps, and gap analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring traceability from requirements to test cases.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiencies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Life and Pensions products, regulations, and customer journeys.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards.
