What is the HR Graduate Development Programme?
The programme is designed to support personal and professional growth and to prepare you for a career in ESB HR.
It features structured rotations to build HR skills, aligns with CIPD standards, and offers opportunities to contribute to ESB's Net Zero by 2040 strategy.

The programme helps you develop professional and personal skills including teamwork, personal impact, storytelling, leadership, and innovation.
You'll become part of ESB's vibrant Graduate Community to connect, learn, and grow with fellow graduates.
Supportive Work Environment
Each rotation starts with goal setting with your manager, reviewed in regular one-to-ones.
You'll have a dedicated Mentor, alongside your Line Manager, Graduate Co-ordinator, Buddy, and Graduate Peers.
Your Mentor will guide you through the programme with valuable advice and guidance.

Location
HR teams are primarily based in ESB's Head Office in Dublin 2.
Depending on rotation, travel may be required.
What You'll Need
2.1 Honours Level 8 Degree (expected or attained) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to travel when required
Previous relevant work experience is essential
