Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life :

• To coordinate the Spa's reservations and revenue maximisation strategy on a day to day to-day basis.
• To compile a comprehensive events / demand calendar and update into concept
• To check all Spas offerings and do comparisons on a monthly basis, this is to include day spa
• To ensure all non-residents reservations receive an email confirmation outlining the treatment and cancellation policy
• To call all hotel residents pre arrival two weeks out to reconfirm all aspects of their reservation including spa, golf, dining, leisure activities, bed type, billing information and to upsell extras
• Ensure all confirmations are complete and special requests are catered for
• To ensure during the arrivals process that all dining options are given and reserved for arrival guests.
• To reconfirm all treatments by phone - one week out.
• To attend weekly spa meeting
• To liaise with Spa reception regarding all bookings
• To ensure the correct allocation of treatments to Therapists
• Ensure day spa business is maximised
• Send daily spa report
