Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing full precast frame quotations. Monitor live projects and track financial performance. Submit monthly applications to clients for valuations and payments. Liaise with internal departments on project-related issues and variations. Support in identifying, managing, and negotiating project variations. Ensure accuracy in cost reporting and contract management. Skills & Experience Required Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. 1-3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying (construction or precast manufacturing desirable). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Cubit Estimating Software is an advantage but not essential.
