Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor A well-established Main Contractor is seeking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Galway. Role : Procure Subcontractors & Suppliers. Compile and issue Subcontracts. Administer Subcontracts in respect to notifications. Agree monthly valuations with the Clients representative. Contribute to the production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports. Assist with preparation of monthly project Payment Claims. Support the production of Internal and External Project Cashflow information. Requirements : Degree in Quantity Surveying, QS Conversion MSc, or relevant Construction / Engineering degree with 4+ years surveying experience. Minimum 4 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role. Strong contractual and commercial knowledge. Excellent written and spoken communication skills with clients and design teams. Experience administering RIAI, GCC, and bespoke contracts. IT literate; experience with Cubit, CostX & COINS software preferable.
