Key Responsibilities : Support the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes across multiple outlets including restaurant service, banqueting, and in-room dining. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in compliance with HACCP guidelines. The ideal candidate will : Demonstrate a genuine passion for food, high standards, and exceptional customer service. Show a willingness to learn and assist across all sections of the kitchen. Ideally hold or be working towards a recognised culinary qualification. Have relevant experience in a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided).
