YOUR ROLE We are looking for an Operation Lead to join our team and play a strategic role in managing and optimizing the delivery of managed services for one of our key client accounts. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving cost efficiency, implementing automation initiatives, and ensuring service excellence across different teams. Key Responsibilities of the role : Deliver day-to-day run services within the assigned scope, ensuring contractual deliverables and achievement of all service quality targets and SLAs. Manage cost of RUN services, including identification and execution of cost efficiency plans. Implement automation and other initiatives assigned or identified within the engagement scope. Control and report all escalations and client concerns on delivery. Perform daily and weekly reviews of service operations and manage MS cost base, including forecasting and productivity improvements. Address client escalations, delivery quality issues, and compliance requirements with team leads. YOUR PROFILE Proven experience in service operations management within a complex, multi-vendor environment. Strong financial acumen with experience in cost management, forecasting, and productivity improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage onshore teams and provide functional oversight of offshore delivery teams. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience handling client escalations and service quality issues. Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
