Post 1484 - Clinical Nurse Manager II Nursing Department, Limerick Centre Full-Time, Temporary We are recruiting a Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM II) for the Nursing Department in the Limerick Centre. The CNM II will lead and coordinate the nursing team to deliver safe, efficient, and effective blood collection services while ensuring an excellent experience for donors. Working with the Area Manager, this role covers all aspects of clinic and team management, including staff leadership, projects, budgets, equipment, and compliance with legislative standards. Essential Requirements Registered with NMBI (live register) in any division Minimum 5 years post-registration experience (2 years in a relevant clinical area within the last 3 years) Previous management experience Evidence of CPD in the last 2 years Strong written communication and IT skills (Microsoft Office, patient / learning management systems) Desirable Management qualification Full driving licence Salary €61,463 - €77,666 (incl. LSI) pro rata per annum, depending on experience.
