About the Role : As Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotels signature bar and lounge. You will be responsible for driving service excellence, curating innovative beverage menus, managing stock and budgets, and leading a highly skilled team to deliver a world-class guest experience. Key Responsibilities : Manage and oversee all aspects of the bar operation. Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service. Develop and maintain creative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, and premium spirits. Ensure cost control, stock management, and compliance with licensing laws. Collaborate with F&B and events teams to enhance guest experiences. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality. Requirements : Previous management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end bar. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of wines, cocktails, and premium beverages. Commercially astute with proven ability to manage budgets and control costs.
