This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for some temporary work or a recent grad looking to gain some admin experience! Contract Length : 17th September - 3rd October inclusive Hours of work : 9am - 5 : 30pm (1 hour lunch break) Administrator Responsibilities : Respond to phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner. Answer general enquires from clients. Update CRM systems. Assist with RTB renewals. Liaise with maintenance contractors. Various other ad hoc tasks as required. Administrator Skills and Requirements : Strong IT skills and use of Word and Excel. Professional and courteous phone manner. Organised and ability to multi task. Written and verbal communication skills. Adherence to confidentiality and GDPR.
