Legal Executive

My client is seeking an experience Legal Executive to join their busy practice based in Dublin 4.

The Legal Executive will be responsible for providing legal support in thelitigation department.

This role requires strong legal knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and firm standards.

Location : Dublin 4 Hours of work : Monday Friday 9am 5pm Salary : DOE Key Responsibilities Preparing briefs for Counsel and drafting legal documents Liaising with clients, Counsel and other legal firms Diary management Photocopying, scanning and filing Post management Any other duties which may be required to ensure office efficiency Skills Previous experience dealing with Litigation files Excellent computer skills including Word and Outlook Experience with case management software and diary management Ability to work under pressure and adapt to high volume work Ability to deal positively and professionally with difficult situations which may arise Skills : Litigation
