Junior Legal Secretary

Our Client is an Irish Owned International FMCG Group and currently have a vacancy for an In-House Junior Legal Secretary.

The successful candidate will support the In-house Legal Counsel and the Legal Secretary in the effective and efficient operation of the Groups legal operations.

Call Orla on for details Salary : to €42K Own Transport is required Free Parking available Main Responsibilities Diary Management : Maintaining Legal Counsels diary, meeting requests prioritising and co-ordinating meetings and following up on next steps.

Dealing with Senior Level Management.

Maintaining Trackers, Registers and Legal Databases : Commercial Agreements and Updating Precedents / Templates.

Online Research on sites such as Land Registry / Vision Net / CRO / Irish Patents Office etc.

Providing full secretarial support to the In-House Legal Counsel.

Accurately compiling complex legal documents.

Liaising with external experts Barristers, Mediators, Local Authority Planners, Solicitors.

Designing, setting up and maintaining Excel Spread Sheets and Power Point Presentations.

General Office Admin : Stationery / Equipment Orders pricing and cost research, Filing and archiving, SAP Concur- raising POs, Timesheets, Assisting with training slides and legal updates, Company Secretarial and GDPR Software administration.

The Candidate : Flexibility if required to work outside of normal hours at certain times to suit requirements of the business and cover holidays when required At 1-2 years experience in a busy legal environment is required Strong attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative Have a high level of personal integrity Good communication and interpersonal skills are required Be flexible and have a good approach to finding solutions Good Team player Optimistic outlook Maintain confidentiality of work If this In-House Junior Legal Secretary Role sounds like you, call us on for details.
