Property Legal Secretary Dublin 2 Firm Managing property transaction documentation efficiently; Managing files on our Practice Management System (Practice Evolve), including full compliance with file opening and archiving procedures; Drafting and amending documentation (including Statutory Declarations, search applications, scheduling deeds, Contracts for Sale, Deeds of Transfer and Leases ); Preparing and submitting applications to the Land Registry.
