We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious

Loader Operator

to join our team in

Coolum, Queensland

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with Wagners in concrete operations as we go through growth.

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loaders in a safe and efficient manner

Load and move materials such as soil, gravel, and construction debris

Conduct daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance

Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other operators

Adhere to all safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements

Proven experience operating loaders (minimum 2 years preferred)

VOC capability for Front End Loader / Sales Loader

White Card (Construction Induction)

Strong understanding of safety protocols

Reliable, punctual, and a team player
