Drive business development, including cross-selling opportunities and managing tender processes.

Provide strong technical guidance to ensure delivery of high-quality audit services, on time and within budget.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals, ensuring a high-quality talent experience.

Manage departmental performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Play an active role in strategic planning within the Audit & Assurance business unit and across the wider firm.

About You The ideal candidate will bring : ACA / ACCA qualification with senior practice experience at Director or Senior Manager level in a Top 20 firm.

Proven ability to lead teams while managing multiple client assignments.

Strong technical knowledge combined with commercial acumen.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trusted client relationships.

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and proven leadership capability.

Drive to contribute to the growth and management of the Audit & Assurance business unit.
