Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic Branch Manager with a strong background in electrical wholesale management for our prominent South Dublin based branch. The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience and a general business degree. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Brand Promotion : Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and promote the brand within the target market through innovative promotional activities. Team Leadership and Brand Cultivation : Managing and motivating the teams in each department to achieve individual and team goals within the branch, fostering a brand-centric culture and mentorship approach to younger staff. Customer Relations and Brand Advocacy : Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth, as well as implementing initiatives to enhance brand advocacy among customers and partners. Operations Management and Brand Experience : Overseeing inventory management, order fulfilment, and logistics to ensure a high service level is maintained, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the brand experience at every touch point. Compliance and Brand Integrity : Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training, and regulations, maintaining the brand integrity and ethics in all operational aspects. Reporting and Brand Performance : Providing regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability, along with brand campaign effectiveness and customer loyalty initiatives. Market Analysis and Brand Positioning : Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and contributing to brand positioning strategies within the market. Experience & Qualifications Education : General business degree. Experience : 5 years+ in electrical wholesale management or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering year-on-year growth and implementing successful brand promotion strategies. Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with brand promotion and marketing skills. Knowledge : In-depth understanding of electrical products, industry trends, and brand promotion tactics.
