Job Description

A new permanent position has just come available, for a Finance Business Partner join the Financial Department.

The company is a leading brand in the food industry. The company has a strong presence in Supermarkets and Confectionery stores and are dedicated to delivering delicious, healthy and convenient snacking options to their customers. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are seeking a dynamic and driven individual l to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with existing customers both in Ireland & the UK. You will play a critical role in steering the company towards its strategic goals. This involves overseeing all operational aspects of the company, from production, sales, marketing and finance

This role is a fully onsite position based in Dublin.

Role of this position

  • Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
  • Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Financial Oversight : Manage the company’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, to ensure fiscal health and profitability.
  • Team Development : Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Market expansion : Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding the company’s market share and brand presence.
  • Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and customers, to support business objectives.
  • Compliance and Quality : Ensure all company operations comply with industry standards and regulations, maintaining high-quality products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • You will have 2 years’ experience working in a similar role within the food industry
  • You will have strong analytical skills and you will be able to understand the financial impact of opportunities
  • You will be able to achieve targets in various markets that the company operates in
  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • You will be a strong communicator and have a proven track record in liaising with key business stakeholders
