We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Supervisor to join our team in our Dundrum Shopping Centre pharmacy.

This is a permanent, full time position.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the Assistant Manager and Pharmacy Manager in delivering excellent standards of service and compliance across the pharmacy.
• Supervise daily operations and act as the first point of contact for team members during your shift.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer care, acting as a role model for junior staff.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and support merchandising activities.
• Assist with Rota management, break coverage, and task delegation to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company procedures.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to team members, supporting a culture of learning and accountability.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organisation on the shop floor.
