Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair emergency lighting systems at customer locations.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding emergency lighting systems.
• Document service activities accurately and maintain detailed service records.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.
• Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and minimize system downtime.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Electrician
• Strong knowledge of emergency lighting systems and related safety regulations.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driving license and flexibility to travel frequently to client sites.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Self-motivated with a friendly and proactive approach to work.
