Contracts Manager Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to oversee delivery across several large-scale projects in Cork. This is a multi-project role, with a strong pipeline of further projects planned across the region. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take commercial and operational responsibility across multiple sites. The successful Contracts Manager will report to the Operations Director. Role: Oversee delivery, programme, cost and quality across multiple residential projects in Cork. Manage and support Site Managers and project teams across each project. Take overall responsibility for commercial performance and risk management across the portfolio. Liaise with clients, design teams and subcontractors at a senior level across all projects. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CDM, and quality standards across all sites. Support resourcing, planning and sequencing across the project pipeline. Report project and portfolio performance to senior management.
