HR Advisor Carrickmacross, Co Monaghan Full-Time | Permanent Negotiable Salary + Benefits Vickerstock are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of a well-established food manufacturing business based in Carrickmacross. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a busy site-based environment, providing HR support and guidance across a range of employee relations and people-related matters. The Role Provide day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees Advise on employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters Support investigations and formal HR processes Assist with recruitment, onboarding and employee retention Coach managers on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation Monitor HR metrics and support continuous improvement Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company policies Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives About You Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role Strong employee relations and case management experience Site-based, industrial or manufacturing HR experience strongly preferred Good knowledge of employment legislation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills CIPD qualification desirable What's on Offer?
