Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Assist with personal care including washing dressing toileting and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting independence
Support with meal preparation feeding and light household tasks
Assist with rehabilitation exercises and safe use of mobility aids
Accurately record care provided and report any changes in clients condition
Support the wider team with cover for annual.
