About Your New Job As theMaintenance Plumber, you will: Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, installations and servicing across the site. Support wider mechanical and building-services maintenance, with training available to develop your multi-skilled capabilities. Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship. Prepare permits and supervise subcontractors when required. Work closely with the helpdesk and site management to ensure maintenance requests are completed effectively. What Skills You Need Qualified Plumbing trade backgroundis essential. Experience in general mechanical and building-services maintenance is desirable. Strong multi-skilled facilities maintenance experience is an advantage. Knowledge of BMS and control systems would be beneficial. Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Full clean driving licence. Flexibility to work occasional weekends when required. Whats on Offer €26€27 per hour, equivalent to approximately€54K€56K per yearbased on a 40-hour week. Company van providedfor the role.
