We're getting ready to open our newest Gourmet Food Parlour restaurant at 8th Lock, Ashtown, Dublin 15, and we're now building our team for a late October opening.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us from the very beginning and be part of creating a brand-new restaurant and team.

Gourmet Food Parlour has grown from a single cafe into one of Ireland's leading hospitality businesses, with restaurants and catering operations across Dublin and Galway. We're known for great food, friendly service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Front of House Opportunities

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to join our Front of House team, including:

• Duty Managers
• Supervisors
• Baristas
• Bar Staff
• Waiting Staff

Whether you're an experienced manager or looking to take the next step in your hospitality career, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Have previous experience in hospitality, restaurants or customer service
• Enjoy working with people and delivering great service
• Have a positive and friendly approach
• Work well as part of a team
• Are comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Have flexibility to work daytime, evening and weekend shifts
