Compliance Coordinator

Compliance Coordinator Food Manufacturing Location: Longford Salary: €40-50k (DOE) Were looking for an experienced Compliance Coordinator to help maintain and strengthen our Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. Working closely with the Quality Manager and teams across the site, youll make sure the business remains compliant with BRCGS, IFS, customer Codes of Practice and internal standards. This is a key role for someone who enjoys compliance, audits, documentation and continuous improvement and wants to make a real impact in a busy food manufacturing environment. Working Hours: MonThurs: 8:00am4:15pm & Friday: 8:00am3:15pm The role: Maintain and improve the Food Safety Management System Review BRCGS, IFS and customer requirements and identify any gaps Develop and update SOPs, procedures and compliance documentation Coordinate and track the internal audit programme Support and participate in customer and external audits Make sure audit findings and corrective actions are closed on time Manage document control and ensure records are kept up to date Support HACCP, traceability and food safety teams Monitor and report on quality and compliance KPIs Work with Production and other departments to maintain compliance Support food safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives About you: 4+ years' experience in a Quality or Compliance role Experience in food manufacturing, food processing or pharmaceutical Degree in Food Science, Engineering or a related discipline Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance systems Experience with BRCGS, IFS or similar standards Understanding of retailer Codes of Practice is highly desirable Experience with audits, corrective actions and document control Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator who can work with teams across the business If this role matches your experience and ambition, apply now!
