HR Advisor

Your new company You will be joining an established food manufacturing organisation operating within a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Your new role As HR Advisor, you will provide proactive and practical HR support across the employee life cycle. Working closely with managers and senior stakeholders, you will advise on employee relations, absence management, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, engagement and HR will manage employee relations cases, support absence reduction initiatives, maintain accurate HR records and reporting, and help ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures. You will also support recruitment campaigns, coordinate employee engagement activities, contribute to HR improvement projects and promote best practice across the organisation. What you'll need to succeed 3+ years experience in a similar HR Advisor/Generalist position. Experience in a Manufacturing, Factory, FMCG or Food production industry experience needed. Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations processes. CIPD qualified or working towards a recognised HR qualification. Experience with SuccessFactors & SAP from an HR perspective.
