Food & Beverage Service Crew ( Part -time/ Midweek)

Job Overview:

BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food & Beverage Service Crew members to enhance our guest experience. As a key part of our vibrant team, you will deliver exceptional service in a dynamic environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Availability Monday-Friday Must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and serve guests, providing an outstanding dining experience.
• Stay informed about menu items, including specials, to effectively make recommendations and address guest inquiries.
• Accurately take and process orders, ensuring timely delivery with attention to detail.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service and effective communication.
• Handle payments accurately, including cash and card transactions.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Collaborating with fellow crew members to ensure customers have the best possible experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends Thurs- Sunday.
