Junior Contracts Consultant

Headcount Solutionsare seeking to recruit aJunior Contracts Consultantfor one of our multinational clients in Dublin Hours: 37.5 hours per week Duration: 5 years, with a possible 7-year extension The project is based in Ireland and involves providing contract administration and technical services to Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) for: Operation and Maintenance of Tunnels and Traffic Control Centre (OMTTCC2G) NEC4 TSC Limerick Tunnel PPP Scheme Responsibilities Support the Commission Manager with: Contract administration, performance monitoring and operational supervision. Preparing draft formal contract correspondence. Audits, site inspections, monitoring and compliance checks of operations, maintenance and asset management activities. Evaluation of Contractor submissions, including Task Orders and Compensation Events. Review of PPP Design and Design Check Certificates for compliance and adequacy. Collection and reporting of traffic data and patterns. Monitoring compliance with Tunnel Safety Directive requirements across the national road network. Attendance and review of OMTTCC2G and PPP emergency exercises, including live and tabletop exercises. Driving License: Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience working on transport infrastructure projects Along with Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience overseeing and monitoring operations and maintenance activities. Level 8 qualification recognised by the National Framework of Qualifications/QQI, or equivalent, in civil, structural, mechanical or electrical/electronic engineering.
