Group HR Manager

Group Head of People Location: Dublin (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Travel: Regular UK travel (every 6 weeks) & occational travel to Spain A rapidly growing international organisation is seeking an experienced Group HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple jurisdictions. This is a senior, hands-on generalist role supporting managers and senior leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day HR operations across Ireland, UK and Spain. Provide practical HR advice to managers and senior leadership. Manage complex employee relations cases. Coach managers on people leadership and performance. Own HR policies, processes and documentation. Drive performance management, development and L&D initiatives. Lead workforce planning and resourcing across permanent, contract and outsourced models. Oversee recruitment activity and work with external partners when needed. Support organisational change and restructuring. Ensure strong HR governance, compliance and audit readiness. Partner with Finance on headcount, compensation and workforce costs. Use HR data to improve processes, automation and decision-making. Lead and develop the HR Generalist. Experience Required Strong HR generalist background at HR Manager or Senior HRBP level. Full employee lifecycle experience (not solely recruitment). Solid employee relations expertise. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law; UK experience a plus. Experience with organisational change and workforce planning. Commercial judgement and confidence working with senior leaders. Comfortable in a fast-moving, lean HR environment. Desirable Multi-jurisdiction HR experience. SME, scaling or high-growth environment exposure. Experience with HR tech, automation or AI. CIPD Level 5+.
