Cavan Fulltime | Permanent Attractive Salary Monday - Friday, 40 Hours PW Vickerstock are excited to be partnered with our award-winning FMCG client, who are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to join their team at their state-of-the-art facility in Ballyconnell. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality professional looking to take the next step into management, take on increased responsibility and develop their leadership experience. The Ballyconnell site is continuing to expand, making this an exciting time to join the business, with potential opportunities for further career progression as the Quality function grows. The Role Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will support the effective management of the Quality function and help ensure consistently high standards across the site. Key responsibilities include: Supporting the Quality Manager with the day-to-day management of the Quality function Ensuring products meet customer, legal and quality requirements Supporting internal and external audits Investigating quality issues, non-conformances and complaints Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Working closely with Production and Operations Supporting and developing members of the Quality team Maintaining quality documentation and standards About You Experience within an FMCG/food manufacturing environment Strong auditing experience Previous experience within a Quality function Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous leadership or supervisory experience Strong people management and leadership qualities Looking to progress your career within Quality Management What's on offer?
