HR Employee Services Officer Temporary Location: Dublin 2 Working: Hybrid Contract: Temporary to end of December 2026 Hours: Can be Full-time or Part-time, MondayFriday The Role We are currently recruiting for an HR Employee Services Officer to join a busy HR team on a temporary basis until the end of December. This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator, HR Operations or Payroll professional with strong HRIS experience who is comfortable working in a high-volume, transactional environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records across HR and payroll systems. Process new starters, leavers and contract changes. Administer changes to pay, terms and conditions, leave, benefits, allowances and pensions. Process promotions, increments and contract extensions. Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee and stakeholder queries. Run HR reports and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards. Complete data checks, calculations and quality control before information is passed to Payroll. Support audit requirements and provide accurate HR data and documentation. Assist with HR systems testing, upgrades and ad hoc projects. Contribute toprocess improvement and maintaining HR procedures and documentation. Ensure all employee information is handled confidentially and in line with GDPR. Requirements 2+ years' experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Employee Services or Payroll. Strong working knowledge of HRIS/HR systems. Good understanding of HR administration and payroll processes. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical ability. Ability to manage high volumes of work and competing deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a positive employee experience. Proactive, organised and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset. HR or Payroll qualification/studies would be advantageous.
