Senior Medical Scientist Haematology | Dublin PE Global Healthcare is currently recruiting an experienced Senior Medical Scientist with a strong background in Haematology to join a leading hospital laboratory team in Dublin. The Role As a Senior Medical Scientist, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality Haematology service, working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary laboratory and clinical team. Key responsibilities include: Performing and overseeing routine and specialised Haematology investigations Analysing and interpreting patient samples and results Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results Supporting quality management and laboratory compliance Assisting with troubleshooting, validation and implementation of laboratory procedures Providing guidance and support to junior members of the team Contributing to service development and continuous improvement Working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team We're Looking For Significant post-qualification experience as a Medical Scientist Strong and demonstrable Haematology experience Experience working at Senior Medical Scientist level or ready to progress into a senior position Relevant degree in Medical Science or equivalent recognised qualification Relevant professional registration/eligibility to practise in Ireland Excellent technical and analytical skills Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Why Consider This Opportunity?
