Supervising Pharmacist

PE Global Healthcare is recruiting for a Supervising Pharmacist based in Offaly. This is a full-time permanent role! Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the day-to-day professional and operational running of the pharmacy. Ensure the highest standards of patient care and professional practice are maintained. Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently using the MPS dispensing system. Provide professional advice and support to patients and customers. Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including the Pharmacy Technician and OTC team. Ensure compliance with PSI regulations, legislation and company policies. Maintain a positive, professional and well-organised pharmacy environment. Requirements Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI). Previous experience working in a community pharmacy environment. Supervising Pharmacist experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Irish pharmacy legislation and professional standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient-focused approach with strong attention to detail. Ability to lead and support a pharmacy team effectively.
