About Your New Job As the Site Manager,youwill oversee the daily management of either a large site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring processes and procedures are fully implemented and project goals are met efficiently. Youwill lead in planning, organising, and executing all construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards. Youwill act as the senior leader for multiple sites or work collaboratively within a larger team on complex projects, taking full responsibility for site operations and successful delivery. What Skills You Need Relevant third-level education or trade qualification required. Ideally,youwill have 5+ years experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects. Strong skills in team leadership, project management, budgeting, and compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
