Corporate Solicitor (3PQE+) Dublin Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading commercial law firm in Dublin to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their highly regarded and growing Corporate team. The Role You will join a dynamic and collaborative Corporate team, advising clients across a broad range of transactional and advisory matters, including: Mergers & Acquisitions advising buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border transactions. Private Equity & Venture Capital working with investors, management teams and businesses on investments, acquisitions and exits. Corporate Restructuring & Reorganisations advising businesses on complex corporate structures and strategic reorganisations. Joint Ventures & Shareholder Arrangements advising on the establishment and ongoing governance of joint ventures and shareholder relationships. Corporate Governance providing ongoing advice to companies, directors and shareholders. General Corporate Advisory supporting clients on a range of strategic and day-to-day corporate matters. You will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions across a range of sectors, with exposure to leading Irish and international businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and financial institutions. The role will also involve close collaboration with colleagues across other practice areas, including Banking & Finance, Commercial Property, Employment and Tax, providing a genuinely multi-disciplinary experience. As you develop within the team, you will have increasing responsibility for managing matters, engaging directly with clients and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. About You The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years' PQE with strong experience in Corporate law. Solid transactional experience, with particular exposure to M&A. Experience working on transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Exposure to private equity, venture capital, corporate restructures or shareholder matters would be advantageous. Strong technical legal knowledge and excellent drafting skills. A commercial mindset with the ability to understand and respond to clients' wider business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing directly with clients and other advisers. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing deadlines. A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
