Senior Associate Commercial Property Dublin A leading Irish law firm is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Property team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and high-performing practice with an excellent reputation in the Dublin market. The team advises an impressive portfolio of Irish and international clients across a broad range of sectors, includingcommercial development, investment, retail, hospitality, residential development, real estate finance and asset management. The role would suit a solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career, working alongside experienced partners and having the opportunity to take ownership of complex matters while developing strong, long-term client relationships. The Role You will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals Commercial leasing and landlord & tenant matters Property development and investment Real estate finance transactions Property portfolio and asset management Due diligence and title investigations Property restructuring and complex real estate transactions Advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants and corporate occupiers You will have the opportunity to work on high-value and commercially significant transactions, with considerable client exposure and responsibility from the outset. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and senior members of the team while taking ownership of matters, providing commercially focused legal advice and contributing to the continued development of the practice. The Candidate Applications are welcomed from solicitors with: 5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property / Real Estate. Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting skills. Experience managing commercial property transactions from inception through to completion. Experience across acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development and/or real estate finance. Excellent client relationship and communication skills. A commercial, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing deadlines.
