About the Role As a Rapid Care Responder, you'll be a key part of our flexible care capacity team, supporting clients across a variety of needs including: Hospital discharge transitions to home New care package commencements Double-up calls requiring two carers Covering planned leave, holidays, or unplanned absences You'll be deployed dynamically on your rostered days to ensure continuity and quality of care where it's needed most. ?? Minimum Formal Qualifications All carers must meet the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 5 standard, specifically: Mandatory Core Modules: Care Skills(Module Code: 5N2770) Care of the Older Person(Module Code: 5N2706) ?? Compliance & Vetting Garda Vetting or International Police Clearance Medical Certificate of Fitness Proof of Identity and Right to Work Two Written References(one from the most recent employer) Face-to-Face Interview with assessment of career history and gaps ?? Driving & Transport A full Irish/EU driving licence and use of your own car for work is essential. A generous mileage allowance will be paid fortnightly.
