Corporate Finance Manager - Dublin North
Our client, a market leading firm of Accountants and Advisors, based in North Dublin, seek a qualified accountant 2+ years Corporate Finance experience for the position ofCorporate Finance Manager This business have an excellent deal flow, and it is anticipated that 2027 will be another successful year for them. You will work with a wide variety of clients on an extensive range of projects from mergers and acquisitions advisory, due diligence, financial modelling, independent business reviews, fundraising, restructuring and valuations This role may appeal to somebody living in North Dublin, Meath or Louth but travelling into Dublin City Centre/South for work. There will be a good work life balance and strong career progression on offer. You will ideally have 5+ years experience with 1-2 years relevant corporate finance or restructuring experience but first movers from audit would also be considered providing they demonstrate excellent commercial awareness and a genuine desire to work in Corporate Advisory. The Role: Manage and deliver a portfolio of corporate finance engagements. Supervise, mentor and support a small team. Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, management teams and key client stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional standard of client service at all times. Liaise directly with clients, financial institutions, legal advisers and other stakeholders throughout assignments. Prepare and review financial models, business valuations, transaction reports and other client deliverables tailored to the needs of mid-market and SME businesses. Assist with business development activities, including preparing proposals, supporting pitches for new work and participating in presentations. The Candidate: ACA, ACCA or CFA qualified (or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, advisory or investment banking. Strong experience managing corporate finance transactions from commencement to completion. Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills. Strong understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers. Experience preparing client reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
