Marketing Executive

Bolands Waterford is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team.

This role can suit someone looking for full-time or part-time work, and we're open to discussing the right hours and arrangement with the successful candidate.

We're looking for someone who has a good understanding of marketing, enjoys creating content and is comfortable working across social media, digital advertising, websites and CRM systems.

The role is varied, so you'll be involved in a bit of everything and will have the opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.

The Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Planning and running marketing campaigns
• Managing our social media channels
• Creating content for social media, including photos and video
• Setting up and managing digital advertising campaigns
• Updating our websites and online platforms
• Managing CRM and CMS systems
• Supporting dealership events, launches and promotional activity
• Working with media, printers and other external suppliers
• Looking for new advertising and sponsorship opportunities
• Keeping an eye on competitor activity and what's happening in the market
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports
• Working with our sales and aftersales teams on marketing activity
• Coming up with new ideas to promote our brands, vehicles and offers

What we're looking for

You don't need to tick every box, but we're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
• Good knowledge of social media and digital advertising
• Experience creating content, particularly photo and video
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage different projects and deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with websites, CRM or CMS systems would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative
• A creative approach and plenty of ideas
• The ability to work well as part of a team

Experience in the motor industry would be an advantage, but it's not essential.

Full-Time or Part-Time
