Senior Site Manager – Athlone OCC Construction are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join our team in Athlone. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a progressive main contractor delivering high-quality residential, commercial, education and specialist construction projects. What we offer: Competitive salary DOE Permanent role with career progression opportunities Early finish Fridays Funded CPD and ongoing training Pension, health cash plan and wellbeing supports Supportive team environment Diverse project portfolio across multiple sectors Key responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers Monitor progress and report to senior management Chair and attend site meetings Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specifications Manage site logistics, sequencing and programme delivery Work closely with project and commercial teams Requirements: Experience as a Senior Site Manager, Site Manager, Foreman or Construction Supervisor Main contractor experience preferred Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR and construction best practice Experience delivering residential and/or commercial projects Strong subcontractor and site team management skills Ability to read drawings and specifications Good IT skills; Procore or similar an advantage Full clean driving licence To apply, please submit your CV through DoneDeal or contact OCC Construction for a confidential discussion.
